Prayer is the practice by which we speak to our Father in Heaven. When we pray, we confess our sins, ask God to help us in our times of trouble, thank Him for the many blessings He has given us, and worship His holy name.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7
