GEMS
(Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior) is a group for 2nd-8th grade girls that meets at Palos Heights CRC the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. GEMS is a great place for girls to hang out with their friends and also make new friends. A typical night includes a Bible lesson, crafts, and singing. Throughout the year the group also does service projects and goes on a retreat in the spring. For more information, please contact the church office at 708-448-0186.
Cadets
Cadets is a fun, fast-paced group for boys in 3rd – 8th grade that meets at Palos Heights CRC the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Similar to Boys Scouts in many ways, Cadets strives to teach boys to follow Christ in all they do. Counselors lead groups of five to six boys in doing merit badges, craft projects and other hands-on activities. Cadets also go on campouts, paintballing, and rock-climbing during the course of the year. For more information, please contact the church office at 708-448-0186.
